Most recently the angle stop for the toilet was leaking, found to be cracked. He fixed with parts on the truck, quickly, and it's fine now. I find the plumbers explain the problem, and the repair, and friendly too. And really know plumbing inside and out.“

“I can highly recommend Better Rooter. Absolutely responsive from the first call, on time, pricing very fair and its clear their team has worked together for a long time. Seamless coordination, great communication, and you know they are experts at what they do. I had to do a trenchless sewer lateral- not easy to get permits with the City of Oakland making it difficult to issue permits due to hack. Better Rooter persevered, coordinated all the various departments and agencies. Their team came on time, and worked so hard to get it done quickly. My neighbors were asking me later - who was that company with such hard workers. Mind you this was in one of the huge rainstorms. The team was respectful of my property and my neighbors- kept it all as clean as humanly possible. Excellent experience.“

“These guys know their stuff. Fixed my sewage backup in 20 minutes, and cleaned up the mess for me. They were knowledge to explain what the issue was and that my plumbing had dual valves. Funny enough, originally my home warranty company dispatched another company. They broke my toilet snaking the backup from outside and claimed I needed $7k of work to fix the issue. I'm very happy with the competent people from Sewer Masters.“
