I've come here to get my sweaters and suits dry cleaned and pressed and have been very happy with the service! Conveniently located along Richmond Parkway and close to other stores such as Starbucks, Wells Fargo, Thai Restaurant, gas station, Round Table to name a few. Small front store that is clean and organize. The clothes that were ready were hung in back of store. The lady who helped me was friendly and helpful. Never a complaint coming to this place. I was amused with the computerize device she use to take my laundry order for service. The device she was using actually talked as she was placing my order. Made me laugh, but it was cute. I've been here a few times to have my jeans altered. They charge $12 for regular hem and $20 for original hem. I brought a couple of dresses once but they were unable to alter it. I didn't give a higher rating because they were not able to complete service on time. Once I had 3 jeans altered but only 2 were ready when I picked it up. I would have appreciated a phone call so I could have just picked them up when they were all ready instead of making 2 trips. This happened twice. It's really not that big of a deal so I still give them 3 stars.
