The team does an amazing job making our pup feel welcome and at ease. Coltrane adores Keyon and the entire staff—they’ve truly become his second family. When we come to pick him up at the end of the day, he insists on saying goodbye with big kisses and joyful tail wags. We’re so grateful to have a place where he feels safe, social, and so loved. “We tried this hotel for the first time. We brought 2 our cats here for a week, because we needed to go out of state. We first came to see the place, and were really glad to see that the cats here have rooms, not cages. They have plenty of space for a walk, windows with a view, shelves and chairs on different levels to chill. We brought our food, some blankets and favorite scratching pole, so our cats will feel almost like home. The workers in the hotel followed our feeding schedule for our kitties. Julie, the owner, was so nice sending me daily updates and even cats' pictures, so I did feel connected even being far away from my babies. We are definitely going to use this hotel again in the future. The prices are different depending on the size of the room, but reasonable, I have to say. Thank you, Julie and your workers for taking care of my cats! I highly recommend this place to other cat owners. Just keep in mind to place reservation ahead of time, because this hotel is pretty popular and busy.“
