Everyone in this building is so cool. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how friendly everyone was. I watched multiple customers come in, and the staff greeted them like they had a personal relationship with them. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. The whole vibe was just awesome.
I first came here about four years ago for a nose piercing, and recently I went back. The same lady helped me, reopened my piercing, and even took care of me without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
I'm honestly impressed. It's rare to find a business with this kind of atmosphere and customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience....read full review

so far I’ve gotten 5 piercings here over the course of 2 years and never had any issues! Smash has great customer service and is very informative so I’d recommend him if you are newer to piercings. However Kimmy has done 2 piercings on me and although she is soft spoken and a little quiet she also did a great job. I love my piercings.

I have went to the plug twice this month I think it's a very nice shop very friendly Buckets is the best .I would give a 5 star review but .the blowing weed in the shop is not good .I think it was a vape it's not cool in a place as good as the plug but I'm older so maybe this is what shops do also the cursing . again I'm older and it just was not professional.but other then that but bucketts is so nice I was nervous he covered up a very ugly tattoo and I'm very happy I spent money with him twice this month and will go back again just don't like the weed smell but again that's my opinion.also shop is clean bathroom clean Needs seat covers but it was clean I asked for toilet...read full review
