I didn't use Julian for the tree service per se, but to obtain free, healthy wood chips for my yard. I've used them twice, and both times they were great. I just called up, requested a drop, and wait for the call. You can request specific wood, but it may take longer depending on when they have that service. The wait can be up to two weeks, but I got both drops in less than a week. Did I mention the value? It cost $0. Of course, the wood chips are not factory cut, so there are various sizes and shapes. The smell was great too, I had some cypress trees in the mix. Great for large areas.

I requested a 50 foot Redwood tree removed with a water line directly underneath it. Julian exemplified total customer wants and needs support. He exuded professionalism from how he dressed to how he processed the paper work on his iPad. He worked with me on the cost. Straight talk, friendly, honest, meant what he said. Followed through exactly as he said he would. Office staff, the crew who did the work, all were really impressive to me. Top quality tree and stump removal equipment. This is how a company should be run. Hats off to Julian Tree Service. I of course highly recommend them.

Julian was called late one evening after a neighbor's trees fell and destroyed our house. They were there the very next morning with an 80-ton crane and a crew to remove the tree off our collapsed house. They were done by the end of the day. The crew was friendly, efficient, safe and highly skilled. While the loss of our home was traumatic, Julian's employees were so very pleasant and compassionate. Note that their prices are very competitive (they were the low bidder on another large project I was considering). I would call Julian back without hesitation.Service: Tree removal
