My husband Gianni and I both got haircuts at Park Place Barbers and had a fantastic experience. Sam, the owner, took really good care of us and you can tell he truly cares about his customers.
While we were there, there was even a live jazz performance happening in the shop, which made the whole experience even more memorable. 🎷💈 The atmosphere is welcoming and has that great neighborhood barbershop vibe.
Sam just earned two new regulars.

Park Place Barbers is more than a barber shop, although Sam is a very skilled old school barber. The shop is also a local culture center, and people are often dropping in just to day hi!
Sam's also a great conversationalist and listener, and if you like great music, he hosts live jazz performances on occasion.
A note...don't be in a hurry when you visit...embrace the experience. It will make you richer.

Patrick Nance: Sam today gave me the best haircut and beard trim that I've ever had. Five stars plus. Not only does Sam have master barber skills, he has recreated a classic barbershop where one can enjoy intelligent conversation and old-time community barbershop ambiance. Don't miss it. Also, Sam hosts a third Thursday (I think) evening Jazz Trio at his shop which I hope to attend,
