Eric was an outstanding professional throughout my search to find a plumber. I needed someone to help me reroute my water and gas to remodel my laundry room. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and can attest that his quote for the work was very competitive. Additionally, he's willing to work with you to adjust the scope of the work as things inevitably come up, and honors your agreement as laid out in your contract. I highly recommend Cruz & Companies and Eric for any plumbing work. He's great!
Couldn’t be happier with Cruz and Companies. Eric came to my house in a timely manner and assessed my water heater issue. The price he quoted me was fair and I am very happy with the work done.
Water heater went out on a Sunday. I called with no answer, but received an immediate call back with response for Eric to come out. Eric came out to troubleshoot and drain the water, prepping for the next day install- he was a genuinely nice and professional young man. I felt comfortable with him doing the work, he explained everything, and I was constantly updated on every step and scheduling.
