Eliza was amazing, she somehow was able to tell exactly what my back needed without me describing it (trust me I got issues). I wish i was in town longer cause I've no doubt she'd be able to get me good and fixed. Been at least two weeks so far though and everything has been more than perfect; so I'm hopeful for the future but more than grateful for the present and what she could get done.

I rented chairs for an outdoor event at a very reasonable fee. The pick up and return was super easy because of the drive through provided. Communication was very clear so I knew ahead of time that I would be loading and unloading my vehicle myself, and that tie downs are highly recommended! The process was very smooth and the staff friendly. Service was very well organized. I would not hesitate to use Snows again in the future!
I recently went to Euphoria Healing Arts for a massage, and Kat was incredible. She’s super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and really knows what she’s doing. The whole session felt personalized and professional — she picked up on all the areas that needed work without me even having to say much. Delilah is the best hair artist I’ve ever had! She is thoughtful and kind and is the only hair stylist I’ve ever had who actually cares about my hair! She kept me icy blonde, extremely healthy and soft, and almost waist- length for years - which is a task that nobody else has been able to do! I don’t remember her name but she is the one that sits next to the receptionist desk. She is very nice and professional. This was my first time in there and she did a great job. I’m very picky about my nails and she did very well with copying a picture I showed her. I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and they’re still on very well I haven’t had any issues or breakage. I would recommend this place if you like acrylic dip powder like I do. Their prices are also very reasonable ❤️

I had the absolute BEST experience with Brittany today for a makeup consultation. I am 70 years old and proud to say I strive to look my best at all times. The last year, I had noticed my makeup application was not measuring up as before. I read that, as we age, our makeup needs, and application of, may change. I contacted Brittany sharing my frustration. She told me to bring my makeup in and she would help me. Boy, did she help me! She was quick to listen to what I used and why. She showed me some great techniques which totally made sense. I had been adding more and more product when all it took was using her suggestions to accomplish what I longed for,. I just did not know how until now.
Brittany used most of my products, but showed me a few tips to make each more applicable to what I desired. There were a couple of suggestions of new products, but overall she helped me see how these techniques actually required less product but achieved a better result. She made a few suggestions of brushes to purchase, but basically showed me how to use what I had and, when ready to replace, better choices for my needs. After my session, Brittany sent me a list of the application process for me to refer to from here on out. This is HUGE! Having a written primer of her tips and applications will make my makeup task tomorrow more enjoyable.

Had no expectations as a walk in. I just wanted a sauna and was grateful I could get in. Didn't realize it was a dry sauna but it was still very hot and relaxing. The bench was a little small (I'm 5'3", 115 lb.). 30 minutes was perfect. The salt room was a little cold so I'd ask for a blanket next time. You basically sit in a very comfortable chair in a room with nice music and do nothing. Breathe. I saw a very thin layer of salt on the arms of the other chairs when done (30 minutes), but couldn't really tell if anything was happening. Being still for this long was a nice treat at 2 p.m. Next time I'll bring my rosary. I'm going back for the spa package.

I got my upper lobes pierced here and the process went very smoothly. I have a few piercings already so I know the drill but he still explained the process and how to clean it afterwards. I was able to fine tune where exactly I wanted them pierced and the whole piercing went great. I also asked about how to get rid of an irritation bump on a different piercing and they gave me advice for that.

I have been using Edgewood Plumbing for approximately nine years now. I bought an old house with a lot of plumbing issues and these guys have been amazing from crawling under the house to replace cast iron to ABS, faucets, hot water heaters, outside water lines, unclogging drain and even septic tank work. These people are amazing. Always on time and really helpful.
Our AC unit stopped in the middle of the night, our Home Warranty was no help except for finding a company in SACRAMENTO who couldn't get to us until July 1st ...2 weeks away. With Redding heat this wasn't going to work... we took matters into our hands and called Paul... he returned our call on a SATURDAY in a matter of minutes. Although he was busy Paul contacted someone who came from his company to save our day... "DON"! Our unit was fixed with in a few minutes and trying to currently cool our home! Thank you so much Paul and Don! We appreciate good people doing great business with excellent customer service!
We had a bathroom flood and Mr Rooter called me said he could come out the next day and what to do in the mean time. He showed up in the morning fixed the problem and helped me with another problem I had that for some reason no one else could help me with. I was very stressed on what the problem was he put me at ease and explained what he thought and what we could do to fix it. So they showed up another day to fix the second issue annd was under the price he said it might be and they found another critical issue that we were not aware of . I am very grateful and would recommend them to family and friends. They were dependable reasonable in price and honest that is important qualities in my book

This involved cutting into the drywall behind the shower, installing new fixtures, and retrofitting a 1963 shower stall to finally join the modern age! The plumber was very friendly and took the time to explain the job to me. Everyone was kind and the work was done fast! A huge bonus was the cost— less than half of what some of the other “Big Name” plumbers in Redding quoted the job at! I highly recommend Sentry Plumbing!

The service technician was just fine, have no complaints. Lots of complaints about your computerized message system every time I tried to get on your link about arrivals it would boot me out and say it's Dad and not available and tried four maybe five times to process a check for payment which never did work half hour later we finally just did it by telephone and charge card which was not the correct way to go you need a better system
I had a freezer that was not making ice - one of the techs came out, he wasn't helpful and honestly not very personable. The owner went above and beyond in assisting me with the issues. I cannot recommend Beacon Appliance high enough. I was beyond impressed with her attention to detail and actually hearing what the issues were. She got back to me right away to rectify the issue. She sent another tech out and fixed the issue at hand as well as the issue caused by the first tech.

Our front door all of sudden locked my family out one day and after climbing through our window to get in we figured it was a bad latch. We called Carols and I was greeted by Vicki on the phone who helped me out. She was very polite and professional and got me in touch with Joel who came out to fix the issue. Joel was kind and friendly and explained what had happened to our latch. After he left the door failed again and so we have to replace the whole handle this time. There was a slight miscommunication, but Joel and Vicki handled it like professionals. They even comped the call out fee for having to come out again. I highly recommend these people! The have a customer first attitude that you don’t see nowadays.

After several attempts of working with local contractors in Mount Shasta I would rely on Advisor Construction 1000%. They are accurate, detailed professional, and their crew is all educated and skilled with the appropriate backgrounds which makes a difference. I would not trust my General Contractor needs to another. Unfortunately, I had to open a case with the CSLB and even they were impressed with Advisor Construction providing an accurate, detailed report against the builder who built my home in Mount Shasta.
Ron was highly responsive to my initial call to replace fencing, including a gate. He came at the appointed time, made measurements and gave me a quote on the spot. Within a week all the work was completed, with extra perks of removing additional material. The work performed is good quality and the pricing was fair. Before he finished, I asked for pricing on additional repair to house siding. He and his crew are personable. Definitely will call for additional work as needed.

Visiting my 90 year old aunt and her heating went out. Called Phil Carpenter's and was told they could have someone out the next morning first thing. When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. Took Andrew a bit to isolate the intermittent problem but found a couple of things that were not running optimally. Explained everything very well and replaced the parts and she's been warm since. What I love about Steve is he's a specimen of the old fashioned way of doing business: very personal, never pushy, true to his word and pleasant to deal with. When the work was done I always enjoyed sitting and talking with him, that really says something. When I recall my years as a young business owner in Redding and how people dealt with me in a "hand shake business" way, Steve is the first face and name that come to mind. Perhaps that's because my family was in the general contracting business in Southern California for half a century and they did business that same way. Gheen Builders would be my first call if I was starting a construction project in the Redding area.
We did a master bath remodel and I'm SOOO happy we chose Eric Ross Tile. They were so helpful every step of the way. John Day was great at making sure I had lots of options for the new bathroom. Mike, Rogers and Carson were are tile installers. They were professional, friendly and did a great job installing the tile. They also cleaned up each day before leaving. Chris showed up within 20 minutes even though it was past 5pm. He fixed my broken electrical line that went to my sprinkler system box and got it working and then set up all the timers to the right settings. He knew exactly what to do and also fixed a major leak that was connected to the irrigation hose. Great price, especially for after hours and last minute.

Recently had these guys come out for a few trees, and while they were there decided I wouldn't mind if a few more were removed. The extra trees and added work was more than double the original bid. They kicked ass! Went above and beyond my furthest expectations.
They had all their large equipment out and were very careful not to damage anything, even though they were working in tight spaces, power lines and hauling the branches over the house with a crane. I'm very impressed with their work and would definitely reccomend.

Ddint just explain the what he wanted to do, but the why behind each choice/decision he made in devising the planned treatment. I had been quoted $18,000 for denturs thru another local dentist 2 years ago. I signed up for a Dental Savings Plan, not insurance but a reduced fee plan. This office is under that plan, my old dentist was not. The quote I got today for the dentures with a post mounted lower plate to more strongly secure it; $9,969. HALF essentially.

I met Dr. Rocky when I was going through a “tooth crisis “. I was in a lot of pain and I had a series of difficult experiences with a dentist in another state that damaged my tooth. Dr. Raki was thoughtful, caring and considerate of my situation. He explained what “happened” with the work performed thoroughly and resolved my issue. He was kind, professional and thorough. Dr Raki is not a “fluff” kind of guy… he provides what patients need without a bunch of frills and excess! I appreciate his straightforward way of doing business and respectful consideration of the financial cost of dental care. Sometime around December 22, 2025 I developed an issue with my lower back. Debilitating to say the least! Having been to Moore Chiropractic in the past I would become a patient again starting December 30, 2025. After having an xray and MRI it revealed that I definitely have some issues with my lower back. Bulging disc, fragmented disc, sciatica left side and nerve pain. I began my chiropractic therapy. Then introduced to the spinal decompression therapy.
When I first started chiropractic care and spinal decompression therapy, I was skeptical and unsure how much it would actually help. My treatment plan was recommended for six months, including regular decompression table sessions for 24 visits. I trusted the chiropractor and staff, even though I was uncertain about both the process and the financial commitment.
By my 12th visit, I seriously considered stopping treatment because I wasn’t sure I could afford to continue. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful that I kept going.
After completing my 24th visit, I can honestly say my symptoms have improved dramatically. The nerve pain and discomfort have subsided greatly, and the spinal decompression treatments made a significant difference in my recovery and daily quality of life.

Rachel, you and the girls did a fantastic job with Max’s nails. Max has been turned away from other groomers because he gets mental when they do his nails. My husband and I both truly appreciate you guys taking your time with him and even though he got mad a few times you guys did not turn us away. I have finally found a groomer for my newfoundland/poodle and I couldn't be happier! After trying four other groomers, Audrie absolutely nailed it! She did an amazing job and gave our dog the perfect cut. Even my husband said how wonderful he looked, and he is hard to please when it comes to someone grooming our pup!

Balanced yoga gave me a whole new outlook on yoga, movement, exercise and community. This studio is amazing, along with all of the instructors who make you feel right at home there. The class are fun and make an hour go by so quickly. I never knew I could enjoy hot yoga so much until now! Every class was worth it!
I have gone to massages all over town to local Spas to people who do home visits. I have never received a massage that was so constantly amazing. It leaves me feeling better and better every time I go. I will only be going here exclusively. I recommend zone out focus on your breathing and let her do the work. It’s beyond worth it!

Kristen is the very best!! I have had massages from five star hotels and hole in the wall places, but no one has quite satisfied the deep tissue AND relaxation massage simultaneously like Kristen does. Kristen always has the perfect pressure and knows the body well. I usually see her when my sciatica flares, but I also request my husband to buy me massages as gifts for my bday, Christmas, anniversaries and such so I can see her as a proactive approach. I recommend her to all my friends.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage by Dominick! I walked out feeling so much better! He even gave me tips on stretching and exercises for certain areas. I definitely recommend him for deep tissue!
JUST what my body NEEDED. Came in for a "regular" massage which then turned into a deep tissue massage to address some gnarly knots in my shoulders that I didn't even know I had. Thank you for the attention to detail and supporting my body.

Eliza was amazing, she somehow was able to tell exactly what my back needed without me describing it (trust me I got issues). I wish i was in town longer cause I've no doubt she'd be able to get me good and fixed. Been at least two weeks so far though and everything has been more than perfect; so I'm hopeful for the future but more than grateful for the present and what she could get done.

A day of overworking in the yard muscles tight Neck extremely stiff and sore . When I walked out the front door I was absolutely relaxed with no neck tension at all ! Highly recommend A1 ma Massage !

I can't say enough good things about Elliot Acupuncture. My Dr. had referred me to them for my Fibromyalgia and PTSD. I wasn't sure what to expect and wasn't sure it would help with the daily pain I live with. I didn't have anything to lose but time, so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! After several sessions with John, I felt less pain and fatigue. Enough that I was able to do things I hadn't been able to for a while. John was caring, personable, and explained the process to me, but also gave me tips and light exercises to do outside of the sessions. If there is one THING ALL Redding citizens could really use is professional driving instruction! Even the city officials and the Police. I see them driving with a phone to their ear and one hand on the wheel.
This school gave me the courage to drive after one lesson! Silas is amazing as well as the older gentleman from Hawaii ?after one lesson I practiced for over a month daily and now I'm a licensed driver. Such an awesome place to go and I highly recommend their services.
