Ill start by saying i just got into running and over the last 3 daus ive put 30 miles on the trail, 8 of those running with a 15lbs pack on( not much really, untill you do it) my body hated me, until i booked Mei.
Mei is absolutely the best.
I booked a half hour foot and a hour back, very quickly changed it to a 2 hour session.
Fell asleep during the foot massage, it was amazing.
If you've never had someone walk on your back before, go with Mei.

The absolute BEST massage I have ever gotten in Redding.
I have a lot of tension, sciatica, and a plethora of other things. I have never received such relief. Mei was kind and so committed to me leaving feeling amazing and she delivered!
