Showed up without an appointment but that was no problem and they're very accommodating. Was in a lot of pain from arthritis & nerve pain in my back. Masseuse listened to how hard or soft to proceed on working my back. Very attentive. Hot stones were a nice touch too. I walked out feeling a lot better than I did when I walked in. Definitely would recommend.
