Absolutely the best! They were so responsive, knowledgeable and friendly! Called on a weekend because we bought a tankless water heater and we needed it installed. The person we spoke to was so kind, we told him the unit we bought and he just advised that we do a bit of research on the brand. He did not try to sell us something else, he was still going to come to install it, just wanted to make us aware of the reputation of that brand and he was RIGHT! After we did some research we realized that we did not make the best decision. We decided to have them come in, give us a quote and we decided to chose their unit - and at a fantastic price! So happy with the service provided by James. Our office was having a plumbing issue. Not only did they diagnose, but came right back out to finish the job. You couldn't even tell they had been there when they were done. Our issue is fixed, our plumbing is improved and we couldn't be more pleasedThank you
