I had Dale come out after purchasing a home, that had gone through inspections before closing escrow. Unfortunately, the inspectors I had prior to closing escrow did not do their job and missed huge issues with the home. Dale did what the others wouldn't do and crawled under my house, despite the muddy conditions, he found live termites, termite damage as well as other damage that was detrimental to my home. Without Dale I would have a larger issue on my hands. Dale treated my home, he was on time, kind, professional and extremely helpful.
