“Steve and his crew came out and did a complete reinstall of our HVAC for us after a home warranty catastrophe by another company. He did a very thorough job of checking the warranty install and the fixing the problems. The air is so much cooler and the unit so much quieter now that it has the proper air flow. They communicated very well by text and showed up when they said they would, kept us abreast of time lines and permits. His estimate was accurate and all inclusive (no surprises). They cleaned up after themselves each day so you didn’t know they’d been here. Lastly, the owner personally came out to inspect the work before saying it was done.“

After 2-3 years of going back and forth on either upgrading to a multi zone mini split system per room or replacing the hvac completely… we ultimately decided individualized room control is too good to pass up. Brett gave us a fair price and was able to install it within 4 days. His son works on his staff with him and is also an extremely hard worker. When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. Took Andrew a bit to isolate the intermittent problem but found a couple of things that were not running optimally. Explained everything very well and replaced the parts and she's been warm since. Lots of complaints about your computerized message system every time I tried to get on your link about arrivals it would boot me out and say it's Dad and not available and tried four maybe five times to process a check for payment which never did work half hour later we finally just did it by telephone and charge card which was not the correct way to go you need a better system“

When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day.
