My AC went out on a Friday during this long heat wave and I was in a bad spot. I called this company because they were very close to me. Phil said he was booked and would call me Monday. He did call and had a tech out at 7am Tuesday. He fixed my problem with an upgraded part and cleaned my system very quickly. I was very happy with the service and attention received. No other company I contacted called me back.

I received a quote for a whole house mini-split system. Phil and his team member were organized, on time and gave great suggestions while at my home. I received a quote from a competitor that could not compete with what Phil gave me. While I am still deciding on whether I want to go ahead with the project for financial reasons, when I do, I will be calling Phil.

Phil and his crew saved our Summer! Our AC quit working during the miserable triple digit temperatures in June. After weeks of hassling with our home warranty company, we gave up and decided to go our own route. Within days of contacting Phil, his crew went above and beyond to promptly replace our unit. Working with Phil and his team was a great experience and they provided excellent service.
