This is a fantastic studio with extremely knowledgeable and attentive instructors! The classes are small enough that you get a lot of individualized feedback and correction. The instructors have different styles and personalities, so it's easy to find someone you vibe with, but they all provide a safe and challenging workout. They are also able to provide modifications to accommodate different ability levels, injuries, or other limitations.

I've seen so much improvement in my strength, flexibility, and balance since taking classes regularly. It's absolutely the best investment I've made in my health!

I really love this Pilates class! The instructors are amazing—they clearly know the body really well and always help with form in a way that actually makes a difference. The classes are challenging but in a good way, and I’ve definitely started to feel stronger since coming here. Highly recommend!
