I have been training with Stan at New Breed Fitness for a couple of months and it’s been amazing. What I really appreciate about Stan is the time he took to make an assessment, understand where my weaknesses and tensions are, and craft a specific program for me. When I joined, I explained to Stan that I had some stiffnesses that limited me in some movements and that I would have liked to work on them. After the assessment, Stan gave me the list of which muscles are overactive (tense) and underactive (weak) in me, together with a list of exercises aimed at strengthening my weaker muscles.
