“At Club Pilates Pleasant Hill the atmosphere is very calm. The instructor and staff were referring kind and knowledgeable and professional. It’s also very clean which I like a great deal.“

I loved the song choices and how they matched with what we were doing on the treadmills. I also liked how we could choose our own pace (with him giving us multiple numbers as options) for the running/jogging/cool down and it only felt encouraging and motivating. I am impressed at how he was able to time everything so well for both floor and treads with each second. Great job!“

“Rebecca and her team are wonderful. I’ve been coming on and off for floats for a few years which are always great. I recently tried a red light contour package & program, and I’m really so glad I did. Not only were the sessions lovely & relaxing, but the additional wellness components really helped me see clearly where I needed to change in my personal habits to really start feeling better from the inside, out. “I’ve been going to Clayton Yoga Shala for about a month now and it’s been a very pleasant experience. I never enjoyed yoga until now. I used to be sedentary and have been trying different ways to make myself willing to move more. My friend told me about this yoga place and I decided to give it a try. I started at the Mobility + Restore (all levels) with Shelly. Shelly explains the poses very clearly and gives step-by-step instructions which make different poses so much easier to achieve. I have tried other more advanced classes after the first week. Fast forward - now I feel a lot more comfortable doing yoga in general. Even my functional leg length discrepancy has improved significantly. I think Shelly’s classes have given me a much needed ramp to ease myself into yoga. “DA Dance Center in Concord has been an amazing place for my daughter to grow as a dancer and as a person. The instructors are incredibly patient, talented, and dedicated to helping every child feel confident and supported. You can truly see how much they care about their students.

My daughter looks forward to every class, and her skills have improved so much since joining. She comes home excited to show us new steps and always talks about how fun and encouraging her teachers are. It’s a wonderful feeling as a parent to know your child is in such a positive and uplifting environment.

The studio is clean, welcoming, and very well organized. Communication with parents is excellent—they always keep us informed about schedules, performances, and special events. The community they’ve built here feels like a family.

I highly recommend DA Dance Center to anyone looking for a dance studio that combines professional instruction with a warm, supportive atmosphere. We absolutely love it!
