Incredible. Chanel is a gifted healer. I went for a combined Breathwork & Reiki session and walked out a new person. I've had a lot of anxiety and negative energy built up inside of me over the past month or two and was in a pretty negative space. Chanel helped me shed this negative energy through both breath work and reiki (the breathwork was no easy ride, but it was so necessary). I feel lighter and much more comfortable with myself than I have been in a long time. I'm so grateful for Chanel and her gifts.

Just took my first Wednesday canna yin yoga class... what a great environment. Had some cbd tea when I first arrived. Lindsay was incredibly compassionate and considerate with our time. She made sure to address body parts that were bugging us and she was an excellent host for this new type of yoga experience. Highly recommend for anyone who likes weed and yoga. The two pair better than peanut butter and jelly. Will be back!

I attended a restorative yoga class with Chanel and it was so wonderful. I was having a lot of anxiety about attending - in part because I had just spent the afternoon crying after bridal dress shopping and being told nothing would look good on me and I needed to lose some inches. I was the only person in class with Chanel and at first I was feeling a lot of guilt about taking up someone else's time (this didn't come at all from Chanel, but my own anxiety). I am so so thankful I came to this class. As we started, I realized how much I was holding tension in my body and how my mind was racing and had internalized the comments from the weekend of shopping. It felt incredibly special to be in a space where I was focused on caring for my body as it is and not changing it. I know it sounds silly but it really felt like such a healing space to me. Chanel lead the class so beautifully and I really felt their kindness and care. I felt fully comfortable here as a queer person, and left feeling much less anxiety. I would highly recommend this location! The studio was also beautiful and felt very comfortable. I am excited to try more classes here in future!
