I am extremely impressed with this company. Our dryer started squeaking and I contacted this company through yelp- they responded extremely fast and gave me a few times they had available for that same day. They showed up on time, the tech wore booties in the house ( thank you!) he got the issue diagnosed really quickly and was able to fix it right them. He even showed me the parts he needed to replace in case I wanted to show the landlord. He was done in less than an hour and was very professional and polite. Very fairly priced and they send me a paid invoice the next day for my records. Dryer works great now- so thankful I found this company. I will recommend to anyone...read full review

Our built-in refrigerator went out and Mike came to take a look at it. I know he was really busy but he still worked out his schedule so he could come the same day to diagnose the problem. He knew exactly what to look for and was quick and efficient. The part needed to be ordered and he told me it would be 3-5 days. He texted me when the part arrived and scheduled to come out right away to fix my fridge. Mike told me he would arrive between 8 and 11 am and was here at my home as planned. Pleasure working with Azer Appliance and Mike. Would definitely recommend.

Azer was fast to respond (even at midnight ona weekend) and set up an appointment for me. Mike came on time as promised and was courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended against repair. I appreciate Mike for being honest and straightforward. Will definitely use Azer against n for future appliance and HVAC needs.
