We had a toilet emergency early evening and after DIY parts replacements problem remained. Originally called a large well-known business only to have us wait an hour and later told they have to cancel. Our situation couldn't wait. Found Save Plumbing on Yelp, confident with all the great reviews we gave him a call. He was at the house within the 1/2 hour and after diagnosing the problem it was determined the toilet needed replacement. It was original to the house, so this wasn't a surprise. He returned with a new one and it was installed that same evening. Wally is very knowledgeable and personable. So glad we found Wally/Save Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Emergency or otherwise. Don't waste your time and money with the big brand plumbing companies, support local businesses where they truly care.“

“We had a garbage disposal that was leaking, contacted Costello's, and were able to get an appointment the next day. Miguel was our service technician, and he was great. Quickly diagnosed that a replacement was needed and explained why, left to pick up the parts, then returned to complete the installation -- all in the same appointment. Miguel will also talk you through pro's and con's about different choices (what to fix now, what to wait on, etc.) and explain each step of what he's doing. This is our third repair with Costello's (all for different causes). Highly recommended when you have an emergency leak of any kind!“

“This company is amazing. A person answers the phone, and gives expert advice. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The service person, Wesley , called to say he would be earlier than expected . He carefully assessed our situation and gave us options as our water heater was still functioning. We decided to replace the heater and pump as both were 16 years old , well beyond the 10-12 year life expectancy. The installation took 5 instead of 4 hours as a couple of glitches occurred, but Wesley kept us posted. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process.“

“Woke up one morning to no hot water. Never having an issue with the water heater before and not familiar with repair, I called Kbeck and was added to their schedule for that same day. In the meantime I watched a YouTube video on relighting the pilot light and to my luck it lit right up. I waited a couple of hours and checked the water temp and still no hot water. Leave it to the professionals. Kbeck arrived at the appointment time and had to replace the pilot assembly.Plus they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.“
