We had Sean come out and give us a quote on a mini split system for our office, once we signed he set a date and the guys were there for an install within a couple of weeks. Once summer hit my new unit had an issue I called Sean and he immediately had Joel aka the wolf and Jeff out to fix the issue. Between Joel and Jeff they decided it was best to get rid of the unit I had and actually upgrade me to something better, at no cost. Joel Jeff and Enrique came out and reinstalled the better unit and we were good to go. Ownership should be super proud of their crew. Update 8/30/23:The air conditioner kept shutting off due to a failed shut-off valve, and Anthony came out and replaced the device and improved the drainage so I would not have a future issue. Exceeding your expectations, honest and fair pricing is what we want in a service provider, and Air Temp Specialists should be your first call.2019:The professionalism and courtesy from this company is five stars.
