We’ve called on Duct Dynasty a few times in the past for HVAC service. They’ve always been responsive and service has been amazing. One time, even came out to my elderly fathers house on a holiday weekend when his AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave! More recently had them install a new unit as part of a backyard reno. Service was excellent. Coordinated with our contractor to ensure that the install was seamless. There were some wiring issues that the technicians couldn’t figure out so Brian the owner came over at a moments notice to help problem solve! Install price couldn’t be beat. My friend who lives in San Diego had an HVAC issue where her A/C unit would turn on and she'd hear the air come out but warm air was blowing. Duct Dynasty replaced our current heater and installed a new air conditioning system. The installers did a meticulous job and at a very reasonable price. Brian was always quick to respond to any questions. Do book early as they did have a 2+ month wait list, although that may just have been because we were going into the summer season.
