I needed to have my unit checked to make sure there was no issues. Josh checked everything and replaced a few things that had been done incorrectly. Then he helped me with a maintenance plan that will save me money. This was all done 1 day after I called. Very fast and prompt service.
This is a company that consistently, for 3 years, shows up for me as a REALTOR to assist my clients. It has been easy to make an appointment, they show up on time, they take their time, they are knowledgeable and thorough. My Clients are always excited to work with Hamel.
We signed up for AC and heat annual service plan and it has worked out really well ! They go beyond what they are offering in that plan . Very detailed and catch issues before they have an opportunity to get worse . They also call to remind us rather than some other companies who have let that responsibility fall onto the consumer who ( in our case )will most likely forget. Pretty happy with them !
