My air-conditioning just stopped working and we’re out here in Santee, California. It was horribly hot unbearable and dangerous for my son’s corgi and it was on a Saturday during a heat wave and I thought there’s no way Will they be able to come out but they did same day fix the same day and we’ve got the AC back blasting and we’re happy and so grateful we would’ve had to sleep in the hotel tonight :) other places couldn’t see me till Wednesday. So happy with the prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service I received from Global Heating Air and Solar. I especially appreciate that Sal answered my late evening call to schedule a technician within a time frame I was willing to wait, and that the technician, Salam, was communicative, punctual, and diagnosed/fixed my AC (which needed more refrigerant) within an hour. Salam gave great guidance for what I could look out for and expect from my aging 12yo unit. Will certainly be reaching out to Global again for regular AC maintenance/upkeep and replacement when it's eventually needed years from now.
