He took photos in our attic so we could see exactly what the issue was... turns out our 40 year system was disintegrating and blowing bits of fiberglass throughout our home, so THAT wasn't great. Repair and replacement was scheduled promptly and Jeremy along with Van, Geno and Arie came the following week. “Jason w/HVAC Home Services should be a PREMIER vendor for FNHW (Fidelity National Home Warranty)! He was sent by my home warrant after two other companies were sent. First company "repaired" one of my units, then claimed there was an electrical issue, so warranty sent me an electrician, who claimed the issue was with the "HVAC". After I had (4) technicians, all sent by the warranty company, whom each blamed the other. Jasons' company was selected/sent. He not only troubleshot and fixed an electrical situation that had been there since before we bought the home, 4 years ago. He took the time to fix that issue and then checked my unit that had not been worked on. He made the necessary repairs and we thought all was good. A day goes by, we didn't feel the first unit (the one he had not serviced because the other company said it was fixed and needed electrical to it) was cooling the upstairs. I call the warranty, specifically ask that they not send me the first company and asked for HVAC Home Services to be sent back out. Jason shows up, takes a look, confirms the first company had wired the parts they replaced incorrectly! He takes his time, made the necessary fix and now we have AC upstairs again, like new! As a mom of three teens, have almost 80 yrd old parents living with us, I whole heartedly appreciate his customer service but more so, care in getting us up and working. He could have done the same as all the others and just blamed the next or prior, but instead he did the right thing, did all the necessary troubleshooting and made the fix! So appreciative of that!“

“Once again, A big Thank you to Timothy Cordt and his wonderful team at Ideal Comfort. I am a senior and customer living in Rancho Cucamonga . I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ideal Comfort for many years. It seems that over the years, every interaction is better than the last. Over the past month, as summer approaches the temperature rises. I made a call to Ideal Comfort and spoke to Victoria about getting my unit its yearly tune-up special. I expressed to her that my a/c wasnt as cold as it was last year. She explained that although they were busy when I called on the 5th, that because I am a senior, she would make sure someone came out the next day. “Of course my AC stopped blowing cold on one of the hottest days of the year! Thankfully I found a referral for this company from a neighbor. I gave them call and Ricardo answered right away on a holiday nonetheless! That in itself is rare. It seems I can never get a business to answer the phone during business hours and often have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back.
I explained my issue to Ricardo, he gave the cost upfront to troubleshoot the issue and said he can come & address the problem the next morning! I was so happy considering how hot it was and it being the holiday.
The next morning he came prompt and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue. What I loved though is that he took his time showing me the problem and explaining the why's and hows. This immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Working with someone new is always nerve-wracking for me.
He not only fixed the problem by replacing a part he had on hand, but he also went above and beyond and looked at all the maintenance areas and took the temperature inside my vent!
His pricing was so reasonable for the work he did and I would highly recommend this company!
