German was very courteous and knowledgeable when it came to the various options available for my conditioning's situation. He has came to my home as many times as needed on time without hesitation. “We had a great experience with Caceres Air Solutions. Johan was our main contact and made everything easy from start to finish. Super responsive, clear communication, and no guessing games.

We previously only had heat and no AC, so this was a huge upgrade. They came out to Orange County, handled all permits, coordinated the HERS test and city inspection, and completed the full HVAC install plus electrical in one day. Johan also set us up with a smart thermostat, which has been a game changer.

The new unit is way quieter than expected and much slimmer and cleaner than a lot of the older units in our complex. I love that it’s tucked away and not loud or ugly.

“Where do I start? Well we need some AC repair, according to another company. I wanted a second opinion. So I got on YELP, and read a lot of different reviews with a lot of different companies. And when I read Scott Heady Ac & heating, I knew this company was for us. I called and first talked to Marissa, whom set all the appts. And very helpful. And then I received a call from Scott. Wow, what a cool glass of water...he explained what he wanted to do, and check, before even being here. He really knows his stuff, and let's not forget his apprentice Joaquin. Who has so much knowledge for an apprentice. We had Scott here, did his thing, and told us what he thought would work, and NOT have to replace the AC, because last year, a company replaced the heater, and this year wanted us to replace the AC unit. When thats not even the problem. We received a quote from Scott, and a week later agreed to his quote Well they showed up on Tuesday, and like magic, they did the repair, and were done and out the door on Friday So happy with what they did, and would have Scott Heady AC back out here over and over. They definitely know their stuff, and can explain it to you, and have you understand exactly what they'll do.
