All Pro was a wonderful customer service experience for us! The service technicians, Sean and Nate, arrived exactly when they said they would on the service day. There was no having to wait for them and wondering when they would arrive. That was the initial wow-factor! Then, they wasted no time getting right to work on the service call. That was also a wow-factor. Sean and Nate were punctual, extremely courteous, skilled, focused, and highly effective. The installation was completed sooner than expected, and that was also a wow-factor. Upon completion of the installation, they thoroughly tested the new system to ensure that it was working properly, and it worked perfectly. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves when they were done. They were polite and attentive throughout the service, and the quality of the work was impeccable. After this experience, I am a fan of All Pro - including Mike, the comfort associate who came out the day before and patiently and thoroughly went over everything with us so we would know exactly what to expect.

I also want to give a shout-out to Jeffrey and his apprentice (whose name unfortunately escapes me) for the thorough inspection visit to diagnose the problem with the cooling/ heating unit. Both technicians were polite, personable, and focused. They went over all their findings, step by step, and reviewed our options for replacement systems and installation scheduling.

For the June 30th cooling/heating job in Rancho Cucamonga for my mother-in-law.
We had a main line in our backyard break and flooded our patio. All Pro came out first thing the next morning and fixed the pipe. I thought that it was going to be a major job costing a lot. He was able to figure out how to fix it quickly and for a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost. Only $213 for a complicated pipe repair in my backyard. I highly recommend All Pro.
Actual experience was great. Travis, Brian and Austin were very professional and very well versed in their trade. They were very patient and accommodating. Hopefully I won't need another water heater for 30 years. I went tankless.
