The thermostat was set to heat but it would not kick on I called the my home builder and they sent a Technician out to fix the issue. The Technician’s name was Emmanuel Nieves he first looked at the thermostat to make sure that wasn’t an issue. Then he checked the filters no issue there. He then went in the attic and fixed the issue. When he was done he explained everything that he did. He took the time to show me pictures of the unit and the readings he had taken. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was so detailed in explaining everything to me. This was absolutely the best customer service that I received.
