What can i say, after reading many reviews and researching reliable a/c repair companies. This one stood out. Im so thankful i called, honest, thorough, clean, reliable , on time, and answered many questions i had- being a new home owner. I would definitely recommend them. They came before the October heatwave and did the job fast. And was very honest and that is so rare these days and he had patience for me ( asking questions galore lol) I appreciate that. I was in the market for two specific items: Mitsubishi 6K BTU Ductless Mini-Split and Quietcool Whole House Fan. I chose Johan because he is Mitsubishi authorized installer, which extends the warranty to 12 years. Johan was able to order the Mini-Split when I was previously told it didn't exist by another installer.Johan was very polite, very communicative and on time for any appointments. If you retain services from Caceres, you will be speaking with Johan initially, as the business belongs to him and his father.
