“We’re a returning customer, we called on Thursday night, they sent a technician out by Friday (which in the dead of summer is almost unheard of). The technician Jose was amazing! good communication on what’s going on with our AC unit. He suggested a yearly maintenance program (covers a cleaning & check for Summer & Winter with a check on your plumbing too! As well as a discount on parts if needed and no charge for service calls in between) which we took advantage of cause this girl CANNOT go without AC 🤣 Highly recommend Metz for your needs!”
