Our home experienced a water pipe leak above the water heater this morning and after a quick phone call, All City sent out a technician within two hours! Antonio was excellent in assessing the situation and explaining the details of what it would take to bring our system back to working order. Our old water heater was 25 years old and the technology and safety requirements had changed over the years, so several upgrades were needed for this project. Many steps were required and Antonio diligently worked through each one, including coordinating with the restoration service who arrived to evaluate the water damage from the initial leak. Considering the cost of a new water heater, and the amount of labor and parts for this job, I believe the total cost was competitive. We are very satisfied with All City’s service and professionalism.
It gives me great pleasure to review All City Plumbing company. First they not only explained but showed me what was causing the problem (clogged pipes and dirt getting into the pipes). They used the cameras to provide a visual description which let me see actual problem. They also had an example of what the finished pipes would feel like. That gave me comfort in the work they were about to do. The most compassionate act was the discounts they gave me as a senior citizen. Being on a fixed income we need these types of discounts because plumbing can be very expensive. The person that helped to make the decision was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with me.
