10 out of 10 would recommend! Daniel and Thomas arrived early (after calling to ensure it would be convenient) to figure out why my A/C was so weak. They took their time to investigate the equipment and figure out the problem, testing how cold the air was, communicating with my landlord, fixing the problem to my satisfaction, and double-checking everything, all while being friendly and non-intrusive. Dan and his crew moved our furnace from the hall to our attic. He and his crew did an awesome job and always punctual and professional. there were even some problems with my existing unit once it was moved, but Dan went out of his way to correct them until we were happy. It’s pretty tough to find an air conditioning and heating company that has that consistent high level of customer service and reliability. I have been working with Certified Air for 7 years and is absolutely my go to for all things ac and heating.
