Scott and Marissa are wonderful people!!! From the beginning of the project to the end, both Scott and Marissa always communicated with me and kept me informed.Scott is extremely knowledgeable and determined to deliver the best service. My husband and I learned so much during this process and are better equipped with knowledge on how our system should be operating.We are very pleased with our new system and how quiet it truly is.During an extreme heat wave, Scott, Jose and Ali worked long days. I can't say enough good things about this business, specifically Scott and Marissa. I was away from home while a family' member was staying in our MoVal house. Of course 2 days after we left (in the middle of 100+ degree days) the AC decides to only pump out hot air. It was 87 in the house. I used my most excellent Yelping skills and went looking for someone that could take a look at the unit. I am so thankful I found Scott Heady Air Conditioning . Marissa was so prompt in returning my call within just a few minutes. She worked with my sister and managed to get help the same day. I was looking for a solution to get more cold air upstairs so I contacted Scott Heady Air Conditioning. Scott came out and assessed my system and provided recommendations with absolutely no pressure. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, so much so that I didn’t bother contacting anyone else. Scott and his crew came out and increased the airflow, added additional vents and tuned up my system. What a difference!! The crew was professional and so nice, they even replaced a door handle for me! I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend their services.
