“I found HASCO through the NCI members website. Before contacting them, I had already called several companies closer to my area, but none of them were able to perform the service we needed. We scheduled a carbon monoxide test and combustion analysis for our home tankless water heater. Roy and Chris came out and were even more professional than I expected. They were very knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my questions, and carefully explained and confirmed each step while working on our system. They were also very friendly, easy to communicate with, and really listened to our needs. They helped correct the programming / gas pressure of our water heater, which might had not been set properly for the past few years until they fixed it. They carefully documented the testing data and also provided helpful suggestions to improve the safety of our home appliances. “I had a problem with my 20+ years AC unit about two years ago. Referred by a friend, I reached out to Senergy Plumbing Heating & Air. They briefly asked for the situation and send out a tech the next day. After the diagnosis, it was determined a new unit is required. They installed within days, and job was done very professionally. They cleaned afterward, made as little inconvenience as possible for me.

“We had our 1st A/C annual service with Trey. He was very nice & courteous. He explained everything and showed me pics. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn't told I would need to supply my own a/c filter for that days service. I even asked when I scheduled an appointment if I needed to do anything the girl said no just have your gate open the day of service. I would've had to pay way more money if I had them change out the filter on their end. So I have to try and find a compatible a/c filter and beg my hubby to go in the attic to change it. But we love our new A/C from NexGen I wish I could've given you 5 stars“
