We were so fortunate to find Friends & Family Heating and Air Conditioning through our local Facebook page. Kenny, who assisted us today, truly impressed us with his excellent communication and personable demeanor. Throughout the entire service, he kept us informed about their process and the necessary tasks. Kenny's work was meticulous; he even went the extra mile by capturing video footage before and after completing the job. Their pricing is remarkably budget-friendly, and we definitely plan on reaching out to them again for their services. It's a rare gem to discover an honest and affordable company like this, and we're absolutely thrilled to have found them.
