“Jacob, their Sr. technician was extremely professional, covered his shoes when inside the home; cleaned everything as he finished. Was very knowledgeable and not pushy for sales. Gave us multiple options. Our AC is running again. He performed maintenance as well as install a new item to boost the AC's performance.

They sell a family plan that is very affordable and come out 4 times a year. Covers AC, water heater, plumbing/drain, and heater.

Appreciate they sent a picture of the technician before he arrived so we could be assured he was a part of their business.

**Update -March -2025 - our air conditioner unit is due for regular maintenance check up. Faustino checked components-checked output of air temperature and replaced the air filter and nest unit. Faustino also gave good advice of which filters to purchase so the unit can work efficiently. Faustino is reliable and takes the time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend their services!!!“

“I had an issue with my system present itself on a Saturday morning. Excessive heat posted for the weekend and I just did not want my family suffering. I called Nexgen as they had earned my trust when replacing my old system a few years back.
They were busy, I understand busy being a contractor myself. They gave me a Monday window as the best commitment time. I left a text requesting to have that moved up if an opportunity presented itself. It did. Mathew showed up ready to go. Very capable and well equipped to diagnose my system. He performed a comprehensive diagnostic of my system. Fortunately for me mine was a minor issue due primarily to the high quality equipment they had installed.

They are very professional and when noel came down to try to fix/ diagnose my unit he didn’t try to instantly sell me a new one like other companies did. He tried to solve The issue and took the time to show and explain to me that my unit was completely at the end of its life. The pricing was also very good compared to other places. They were very professional and reliable, and even wore those little shoe covers when going into my house, which I love cause I’m a clean freak. “I highly reccomend Chris Hill for all your HVAC needs. My condenser compressor and evap coil went out on my system. I called Chris and he was very thorough about my options for replacement. Very reasonable prices and over all just a really good honest person. Oh and i did have an issue with my master bedroom not cooling very well and after chris installed my new unit and made some adjustments in the attic my room is cool now.
