Robert was very professional with a very high degree of knowledge. He Very quick to find a solution to the problem. He also gives tips on how to help keep the system functioning well. Appears to be very trustworthy. Most of all does a very good job. I am a renter. I’ve been complaining to the landlord since I moved in that the A/C was not doing a good job in keeping me comfortable during the hot months. Total heating had suggested to the landlord that to enable increased efficiency, the duct-work in the attic would need to be replaced. When the former owners had the A/C installed, they left in the old heating small diameter duct-work and the installer cut corners and did a very poor job installing the unit. Now since that the duct work was redone, the A/C does an excellent job keeping me very comfortable. The unit is around 18-years-old in 2021. On even the hottest days, my house never got warmer than 72 degrees when the thermostat was set at 71 degrees.
