“All Pro was a wonderful customer service experience for us! The service technicians, Sean and Nate, arrived exactly when they said they would on the service day. There was no having to wait for them and wondering when they would arrive. That was the initial wow-factor! Then, they wasted no time getting right to work on the service call. That was also a wow-factor. Sean and Nate were punctual, extremely courteous, skilled, focused, and highly effective. The installation was completed sooner than expected, and that was also a wow-factor. Upon completion of the installation, they thoroughly tested the new system to ensure that it was working properly, and it worked perfectly. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves when they were done. They were polite and attentive throughout the service, and the quality of the work was impeccable. After this experience, I am a fan of All Pro - including Mike, the comfort associate who came out the day before and patiently and thoroughly went over everything with us so we would know exactly what to expect.

I also want to give a shout-out to Jeffrey and his apprentice (whose name unfortunately escapes me) for the thorough inspection visit to diagnose the problem with the cooling/ heating unit. Both technicians were polite, personable, and focused. They went over all their findings, step by step, and reviewed our options for replacement systems and installation scheduling.

“I spoke with Dan and one of the lady (forgot her name). Appreciated the free estimate for the repair instead of a trip charge. They found my emc blower needs to be replaced after tech was onsite to diagnose the issue. I called in and the lady asked if I was homeowner as I should have warranty for my Carrier AC for the part unit replacement, but they aren't Carrier AC certified partner so it would of cost me $1500 approx to fix with part. She recommend I call Carrier warranty and check for a local partner! Really appreciate this company to assist me and not just looking to gain a buck. “We had SchaefAir come out last year and install a new downstairs HVAC unit. This was after the original 20 year old unit had stopped working and was way too expensive to fix with the old freon and other issues. This new unit is far superior to the original in terms of how fast it cools the downstairs, the noise level during operation, and the new technology it came with. The recent local high temps have really tested this new HVAC unit. As part of the installation, I had the SchaefAir check the original ductwork for both the downstairs and upstairs HVAC units. With the changes they recommended and made, not only does the downstairs work great (great air flow) but the upstairs unit does now as well. The upstairs HVAC unit was a replaced a few years back by another contractor who seemed to have overlooked the issues with the ductwork. Anyway, SchaefAir did a great job and they are now my go to company for HVAC!!!“

Was magical I seen stars for 2 minutes I was speach less he took care of all my air needs.
