She made sure I was completely satisfied being very meticulous in the process. The salon itself is absolutely lovely; inside an older building with a modern interior but keeping the vibe of the original building.

Wow I have so many awesome things to say about Gianna & her business! I was referred to her for face waxing and it took me a while to book because I have such sensitive skin. She was super easy to book with and when I got in, I didn't even think to mention my sensitive skin but she asked a few background questions and decided to just do a small test strip to see how my skin tolerated the wax, which I thought was super sweet and showed that she really cares about her clients and not just about making as much money as possible. Her sensitive wax was perfect for my skin and I've been going to her ever since! I love going to Gianna-- her office is super cute and very clean; she is extremely friendly and easy to talk to throughout the appointment, and she lets me bring my baby with me when I don't have childcare for the day. I could not recommend her more, she's awesome!
Exceptional For years we have been relying on Pacific Rim for our plumbing needs. The entire team is world class. When Dino shows up, I know that we are in good hands. I had always been interested in microblading and when I saw Bri’s insta page and that she was looking for models, I jumped at the chance! Bri was so sweet and really took her time sending me detailed information about the process beforehand, answering my questions, mapping out my brows, and making sure I was as comfortable as possible during the whole thing. She also had an extremely sanitary space and took stringent COVID precautions (washing hands at the door, masked at all times, temperature check at the door) which I really appreciated. She’s super down to Earth and even though the process took a few hours, it honestly felt like just hanging with an old friend! She sent me home with care instructions and a healing salve as well. My brows are almost completely healed now and are fluffy and natural just like I requested. I can’t wait to perfect them at the touch up session!
I met Antonio and Rebecca, they are very professional and detail-oriented, and willing to make things right to keep customer satisfied. I have them installed 2 sides of my fence and they look great 2 years after the installation. Their representative are very professional and explained a lot details about the project that other contactors didn't disclose. I especially like their after sales service/ warranty that they come out to have an annual inspection after the installation. They even replaced some of the cracked board, post and fixed some other cosmetic issues. Antonio is very responsive when contacting about problem, and they crew was able come out to my house the very next day. I definitely recommend California Fences and will hire them for my next fence project.

Dr. Selmeczy doesn’t push anything you don’t need. Johnny did a great job cleaning our teeth with no discomfort. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I am amazed of the excellent work that Jim provided at my house. He put a screen in for me which is 100 % animal resistant I have cats. The workmanship is beyond compare and He put one on my sliding glass door some years ago that is still in terrific condition to this day. I called him for another sliding glass door in a bedroom. He is highly reasonable on price as well. Furthermore he is always on time and professional! Trust me you will be amazed at his workmanship!

Every step of the process was explained in an accessible way, and also, the scalp detox/head massage was absolutely wonderful. So refreshing! She showed me how to diffuse properly, detailed product amounts and application methods, went step by step and showed me with a handheld mirror so I could replicate the methodology on my own.

I've been going to Bri for about a year, love her! I had IBI extensions when I first came to see her & they always looked great. Now I've been getting highlights/lowlights and she always does a great job. She gets my blonde just right, which is so important. The salon is nice, clean, comfortable and all the girls are friendly and fun. It's a chill salon vibe. I see a lot of pretty hair colors/styles on the other clients when I'm there. This review is for Violet. From the start of the consultation process to actually doing my hair i am ecstatic. I was told previously by another stylist at a different salon that my hair had to wait months before it was safe to touch or that so much of it needed to be cut off sadly and thats with a major event coming up..I didnt give up hope and heard of Violet through a friend of a friend. Went in on a morning during the week and thankfully is super close to my job. Parking is conveniently across the street in a parking garage and free. Violet was very realistic based off my inspo pics to get blonde highlights (almost ash blonde). Initially let me know my goal would take a few sessions to achieve considering I had dark brown hair with red tones that were gonna be tricky to lift. I told her i was okay with at least lifting to a caramel color. Her demeanor was very sweet and she told me the complete opposite about how my hair was definitely okay to work with and YES i did need moisture but all is possible with masks & future care. Booked her immediately after our consultation in the parking lot almost a month in advanced. Fast forward to today , during the lifting process she realized could go lighter (what i initially wanted) We were able to achieve inspo pics without so much damage or cutting of my hair! She made sure I was okay throughout process. Simple things such as "am i pulling your hair? is the water okay or too hot?" I have gotten so many compliments and its only been a few hours. She really took care of me and my hair and revamped it completely. I am SO happy and I recommended her to a few people already. Thanks Violet!
I desperately needed a hair cut after this long Covid stint of being locked down. I contacted Alisia and she was able to get me in right away. First all, her shampooing skills are the best! I literally could fall asleep in her hands as she washes my hair. She has always had a super clean salon but after Covid it is that much more on point, as she really cares about her clients and their safety. She takes her time with your hair and really makes sure she gives you what you want. She also has beautiful crystals and other novelties which promote a beautiful sense of peace and calmness in the salon. So relaxing!!! Trust me you'll love everything about Alisia and her salon!!

I stumbled across this salon and I'm so glad I did. After growing out most of my relaxed hair, Toni suggested a keratin treatment & it turned out amazing. She also colored my hair a gorgeous wine color. My hair has more bounce than any relaxer has ever given me and it feels softer than ever. Recommendation: Have a friend drop you off if you have a dye + cut service! Street parking maxes out at 3 hours. I was ready for a transformational haircut and specifically booked with Kim because of her short hair cutting/razor skills. I will note that her hourly rate was higher than I anticipated ($125/hr), but her skills justify the expense. I have long, thick, wavy-curly locks with multiple cowlicks, and Kim was able to sculpt my mop into the pixie cut of my dreams! I felt "unveiled" during the appointment. Kim took direction from how my hair naturally wanted to fall so I will not have to "fight" my hair to style it. I really wanted a low-maintenance, fun cut, and Kim delivered. Very excited to be rocking short hair in time for spring!

I had an unfavorable experience on my first visit to Livermore Barber Shop yesterday with my first hairdresser, but I am very content with my revisit today. The owner of the shop reached out to me to apologize for my experience, helped me book a touch-up appointment at no cost, and provided me a gift card. Even though my first experience wasn't what I hoped, I can tell that the establishment as a whole and the majority of the workers there are top-notch and kind. They definitely care about their customers and the quality of their cuts. I would come here again!

Hands down the best nail salon and best place to get a pedicure. I come all the way from Brentwood about 30ish miles for the pedicures. Super clean. Super relaxing the price is great. The owner and everyone is so nice. The mimosa pedicure is so worth the drive. My boyfriend loves it here b/c they don’t do acrylic and it doesn’t smell like paint thinner. Love it here!!

My favorite nail salon! Ha and Wendy ALWAYS do a beautiful job on my nails and I constantly get compliments. Pedicures are also just as great. I can't remember the technician who does my pedicure but she is so cordial and does an amazing job! They are also very accommodating here.
Let me start by saying, I am a picky person when it comes to my nails and it takes a lot for me to be satisfied when it comes to my acrylic nails. Been getting them done for over 30 years. With that said I like my nails with a curve, which is not very common these days. Molly and Tony were wonderful, especially when I asked if I could supply my own curved tips (most places do not carry these anymore). They said of course, whatever will make you happy. Visited them for the 1st time before Xmas, was so happy as I finally had curved nails again. I had previously been with my past nail tech for 14 years until she retired right before the pandemic. Not only did I get my curved nails, Tony listened to all my nit picking about shape and smoothness or angles and basically anything that i saw as a quirk that would bother me and my OCD. Went and got a fill in January and was still very happy with the services. Fast forward to Feb. and I was out of town and used a local place, and even with my own tips, i left feeling that my nails were not up to par and almost wanted to remove them and have them done over at King's Nails upon returning to town. Now I have my next appointment scheduled for next week for a new set to start over and I can't wait. Love Love Love the personalized attention I get there!!!! As others have noted, Yes bring cash and best to make appointments as this husband and wife duo are the only ones there.

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years every 2 weeks with Lisa. I get a gel manicure and it lasts for 2 weeks. Place is a bit out dated but I will only come here for my Gel manicures. Very affordable

This review is for Rochelle! I have been a very high paying client for stylists in San Francisco AND Walnut Creek. It wasn't until I was seen by Rochelle that I finally fell in love with my hair. Leaving the salon I had fresh, bouncy, shiny hair that seemed magically healthier.
Rochelle is quick to respond, come in on days that she is not regularly scheduled, and stay over time for me at the last minute for an event! I can't say enough about her.

He has been doing hair for decades and owned many salons in the past. He's a true professional at his craft. Every time I get my hair done I get tons of compliments on the color and cut. My family has gone to Interlude for at least 15 years. What I appreciate is the personal service, the acceptance and understanding what I need, and clear communication. The quality of cut speaks for itself. No joke, at least 8 of us go there with age ranges of teenager to grandma and everyone is happy.

my hair. I've always had this fantasy that I would meet the perfect hairdresser, sneak in her window and she would give my head the best feeling in the world. But of course, it's a dream and I choke. Im inexperienced and have no clue what im doing. It ends up being the most embarrassing moment of my entire life. It defined me for the next 3 years. I was incapable of sitting in any barber chair. I avoided salons like the plague. I hope I was the only one that was negatively impacted. Sometimes I wish I could get a do- over. I made serious efforts to educate myself on what a stylist needs from her client. Someday I will make another appointment, I hope. She really is a gorgeous human on the inside. On the outside.... holy... wow!!! So.... omfg... ok ill stop before I make a fool of myself again.

I have super sensitive skin and hadn't been waxed in a year so I expected it to hurt a lot but surprisingly it didn't hurt much! Heavenly treatment is right!! Stopped in for a deep tissue massage with Stephanie! And believe me when I say she is the light, the way, and the truth! She was incredibly intentional with the massage and made sure to check in. My back is a touch demonic, so it takes a patient and resilient had to get it to yield even a little bit. Price for my massage was super reasonable, and I am so ready to make this my go to spot!

Matt at Brasso Plumbing just completed a re-pipe for me in Livermore. They did an outstanding job and his team was timely clean and they were in and out with no leaks, What else could ask for? They helped with city of Livermore inspections and took care of all the finish work at the end of the project. The crew was awesome, honest and hard working. I was hesitant to leave this review as plumbers are gold and I like to keep them a secret. They did such a great job, I had a give them a shout out.

Najib showed up to give an estimate for installing a heat pump water heater as a replacement for a gas water heater. It requireds installing a 240 volt electrical line which Najib is not licensed to do. He should have informed me about that on phone but he waived the $75 estimate fee nevertheless as he cannot do the full job for me. So, I give him 5 stars for his professionalism.

They took on a difficult job of clearing an outside, drain without knowing the termination point. They did a good job, figuring out what to do in difficult circumstances.
Roto rooters were able to send a plumber immediately to help me fix a leaking toilet pipe. I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. Would have been a 5 star if it was fixed it time at a reasonable and transparent pricing and would have recommended this company to people I know getting them more business.

CrossFit 580 is great! The gym is fully stocked with the best equipment and always cleaned and fully staffed. Lindsay has been a great instructor for the 6 am class. The vibe is really good there. All the members a very nice and supportive with plenty of energy. The new owner DJ is super nice is very engaged. I've been going for a month now and feel very excited to continue!

Out of the other Tri Valley flooring stores, Ahmed was the only one who perfectly matched an existing hardwood floor for a customer that had had the current flooring for over 7 years and was looking to install it in other areas of the house. He was also able to source the exact hardwood floors for my home when I decided to replace carpeting in other rooms and was able to do so at a great price. This is a long overdue review - Gary remolded our bathrooms 4 years ago. We still couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the finished product. He and his team's craftmanship, attention to detail, knowledge and expertise were all exceptional. Gary provided an accurate estimated budget, communicated regularly and clearly related to status and decision points while the project was in progress. His extensive knowledge of home construction was apparent in being able to provide solutions to uncovered items following demo which helped keep our design plans and materials choices intact. Given his expertise, we would not hesitate to use him for a whole home reno. 4 years later we are still impressed with the quality of work completed and the impressive fit and finish details. We sincerely appreciate the impact Gary and his team made in improving our home.

The kitchen remodel included moving a wall, electrical upgrades, and even a charming but silly barn door and he sailed through it. Furthermore, he has a great heart and integrity. At the end of last year, Dennis and his team completely updated the interior of a home I own. He took it from super dated 1970's to clean, classic, updated and open. The entire process with Dennis was great. To be honest, I dreaded doing this project as I know home construction can be unpredictable and stressful. But I can honestly say, he and his team made the process easy. To begin, he quoted each step of the remodel (floor, kitchen re-do, bathroom re-do, etc.) separately. This was helpful, because if we had a change to due to budget or for any other reason, it made the process of updating the proposal simple and quick. Additionally, as each step got completed and we made a payment, his office sent me the receipt and what it covered, so there was never a question as to where we were in the process, and my family and I could plan for and always see where we were in the budget. His pricing felt totally fair and he often gave me alternate options if something was not in my budget. The quality of the work was great. His team was thorough, they were clean as they went, and they were totally trustworthy and friendly. When we did hit a delay (not due to Almeida, but due to a material delay), Dennis was open and set my expectations for ETA of materials, so there was no wondering and waiting. He listened to me along the way and made some adjustments I requested. The quality of the work was exceptional. All the details were tied up when finished. I highly recommend Almeida and Son Painting and Construction, and plan to use their services again in the future on another home.

I called her in March and schedule for fumigation in May because my house is still under remodeling. She has all the paperwork ready and has the team come to do the work. I thought I have to pay when we sign the contract which other termite company request to pay before they come. But we pay after the work done. We used William when we first moved into our home and had some rodent issues. He quickly figured out the points of entry, sealed them, and set traps for the rodents who were in the attic/home. He came by any time one was caught and disposed of it, then reset the traps. He explained why they were coming in and what their behaviors were which helped us understand what was going on. I would use him again.
Austin Toland, the residential route manager , is very helpful , efficient and professional. We had a carpet beetle issue in our house . Austin visited our house every week for a month to spray the inside of the house , the surrounding area of the house to exterminate the bugs . He is always timely and effective with his work . The technicians are always polite and accommodating and get rid of my bugs. They do a good job and if for some reason I still have bugs, they will come out again and spray at no extra charge.

We worked with Landscape Experts Inc (LEI) to revitalize our wild yard, cutting back swaths of overgrowth and transforming it with a variety of beautiful California native plants and nine fruit trees. They also carved out a lovely hillside with custom stairs, a spacious terrace, and game trails perfect for enjoying the view. LEI works with YesPlease.Garden (YPG) who managed the design process and Fresh Coat Restoration who completed the new fence. The partnerships were well integrated and it felt like working with a single team. See my Google Maps review for more on YPG. We are very happy with our project and would recommend LEI because they were professional, courteous, reliable, and provided clear and upfront pricing. Documenting decisions in writing proved helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Any problems we had were resolved fairly, such as correcting the direction of our stairs. Aaron is a man of his word but prefers to conduct most of his business through texting. We first contacted LEI and they promptly scheduled a time to visit our property with YPG to see what was possible within the budget we set out. We completed the design with YPG and LEI scheduled a time for the project demolition. A later approximate time for planting was set, but that was dependent on the availability of the various plants we had selected. Everything scoped in the design was completed within the budget and any add-ons we later requested were priced separately and fairly.

We are so happy! Kat worked with us to establish our design goals for a whole new front and back garden and deck. She took into account our desire for low maintenance, drought tolerance, mostly native plants, and some turf, as well as the handful of existing features that should stay. Then she quickly turned it into a beautiful custom landscape design, with detailed plans.When Kerri Landscaping (her recommendation) implemented the plan, they had to change almost nothing. A few minor position issues to keep the arbor away from the house and adjust the re-purposed concrete for the retaining wall. For a project of this size, which took about 750 hours of labor, that's incredible foresight. She guided us into making the finishing touches to our taste and was extremely responsive every step of the way. We contacted Davey Tree service for a few different reasons- maintaining tree health, tree trimming, removing dead trees, and thinning out and de-fruiting an olive tree. Patrick came out to do the initial inspection and to provide an estimate. He was great! He was very knowledgeable about many tree species, and he explained his reasoning and their process for the different suggestions, and we felt very comfortable moving forward with them. Their communication with scheduling was so easy, and their quote was very straight forward. They have been out to our home several times over the years to follow up and continue treatments and maintenance. Last week a crew came out for our olive tree (Salvador, Santos, and Fernando), they were AMAZING! They did such a beautiful job thinning out the tree with an artesian touch. They were true professionals and also very knowledgeable. They were efficient, clean, and kind. They did a terrific job with the tree and also cleaning up everything when they were done. I would happily and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service/maintenance!

The staff is friendly and very professional. We have been working with Simply Trees for nearly 10 years, having large trees trimmed about every 2 to 3 years. We have also had several large shrubs trees and Juniper’s removed that includes stump grinding. I would also recommend the stump grinding, because this way you can plant another tree or shrub in that same spot. They always do a fantastic job and clean up proficiently. They have a crew of about 3 to 4 men that show up, so the job is done in a very timely manner. I feel that they are also reasonably priced.
The office staff is welcoming and so friendly and they know your name. My hygienist Gina is awesome. I love Dr Lollini. She’s gentle, kind, she listens, and basically I intend to keep her as my dentist forever!
Just switched to this dentist after some billing and treatment issues from my prior dentist. I love the office, the staff, and care I got during my first appointment. I was very pleased with the treatment recommendations that were given too. My prior dentist tried to get me to do so many extras that were going to cost me a lot of money. Sycamore dental gave reasonable recommendations, timelines, and helped me decide the best course of action to take. They even told me I could hold off on things my last dentist said was super urgent. I highly recommend switching to sycamore! Bonus…The dental hygienist performed the best cleaning I’ve ever had! I’m very happy our family found this place! It came highly recommended from a few of my friends.

We moved here a few months ago and had to commute to my prior dentist as they have always been amazing. I was afraid to make the move to a new dental office but finally went for it. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was very nervous. With a pinched nerve, I wanted to try something less aggressive than a surgical procedure. Dr Van Aken was great and corrected my pain quickly and gently and I am pain free.
Started treatment for chronic low back pain at the beginning of June. Decreased pain and increased mobility in the short time I’ve been treated. There’s a measured, thoughtful approach to treatment.
I started going to Balanced Chiropractic in May of this year with a bad flare up in my shoulder and neck. Dr. Nic did a great job of focusing in on the area of issue and I got improvement in my first visit. I've continued to visit for general maintenance and have benefitted from the exercises and stretches he recommends. He has a great combination of focusing on the joints as well as muscle work. I've had pain and tightness in my neck, back, and hip due to scoliosis and stress, plus shoulder and wrist issues recently due to repetitive use... the treatments make a HUGE difference! I feel so much better than I did before! My husband has also been going and it's helping him, too.
The entire staff is really awesome and so friendly! We've both seen Dr. Chahal and thought she did a wonderful job with our adjustments and specific issues. Miles usually gets us set up at the start of the appointment and listens really well to whatever is going on that needs to be the area of focus. Katie is also so kind and helpful at the desk with appointments.

I was looking for a way to fix back pain and destress and found springtown. I booked a last minute massage on a Sunday night and luckily there was an opening. My masseuse was Monica and she was wonderful. Perfect pressure throughout and frequently checked in. She was also very warm and kind when receiving me! Definitely recommend this place and will be back :)

I haven't been to Spring Massage Therapy for a long time. I finally met Jennifer today. I really like her massage. Her massage technique is very good. She can give me a deep massage, relieve body pain, and relax my back. I recommend it to everyone. If you are not feeling well, come to her. She can give you a brand new body. It's great.

I'm from out of town and my friend and I randomly walked in for a massage and they were available, we were lucky! I highly recommend Lilly and Amy! They are both phenomenal massage therapists, very strong, and very skilled. Everyone there is very nice and the place is clean. Dr.Jens is the best acupuncturist I’ve ever seen. He cured me of a life long allergy and did the same for my family and friends. He actually saved my friend from a dangerous life threatening allergy and she no longer needs an EpiPen. He’s also helped me with some health issues that impacted my life. He cured a terrible facial pain condition for my mom that made it so she couldn’t even drink water. It took only 1 visit to get her life back and 3 to cure it. He always makes me feel welcome and he always explains what he’s going to do. He is not a hard sell (which I love) and he will always be in your best interest. I highly recommend him. If you have allergies, health conditions or pain, don’t wait any longer. Go see Dr. Jen’s as soon as possible.

Went to see Dr. Vincent for my tennis elbow and so far I have had 2 sessions. The clinic is simple and clean. Dr Vincent is professional.
