Dr. Christine is great. She is very caring, detailed, and knowledgeable. I was very reluctant to have acupuncture as I have always disliked it. However, Dr Christine practices Japanese style acupuncture which is much gentler and I don't mind it at all. I was having terrible headaches coming from neck/shoulder tightness. The combination of acupuncture and cupping has provided a wonderful respite from the pain. A lot of my pain was coming from jaw clenching and she has an easy solution using popsicle sticks that has helped me tremendously. My headaches from my jaw clenching are mostly gone. I first came to Dao because of severe neck and shoulder pain. Within 2 sessions of cupping and acupuncture, my pain was almost completely gone. Dr. Christine is very detailed when asking questions and in assessing how best to treat a patient. I appreciate her approach to healing - mind, body, spirit. It's all connected. She is so kind and approachable and has helped me tremendously. I would encourage anyone to come in and sit down with Dr. Christine to see how she can help with any physical ailment that you are experiencing.

I was referred to Dr. Dao - for severe carpel tunnel in my left hand - she did acupuncture and cupping. My hand is feeling so much. better - that I did not have to wear a brace at nighttime to prevent the burning sensation around 3-4 a.m. every night. Since having acupuncture and cupping I am no longer having to wear the brace at night and the tingling has diminished - (not completely gone which would have been a miracle)! , but so much better.Just wanted to give a shout out to - Dr. Dao and Heidi - for the care and professionalism and making my carpel tunnel feel so much better, along with no more big knots in my neck -BONUS!Thanks so much!
