Wow! FIVE STAR Review for STEPHANIE HARRIS, Expert Hair Extension Stylist.First, I booked a consultation with Stephanie.  At that meeting, we discussed my hair goals (I was 8 months in on growing out a pixie cut) and the overall process of installing and wearing hair extensions.She was super patient and thoughtful to explain the entire process and showing me sample wefts. We put together a game plan and I ordered my wefts.I pre-booked my installation appointment and returned.  Her process was seamless!  Stephanie took her time to do everything with precision. I am so glad that I found The State Co, and especially Jessika! After bouncing from salon to salon and not being able to find a stylist that worked well for me, finding State Co was a breath of fresh air. The salon is located in downtown Livermore, on the second floor with amazing views of the street life. Everyone greets you with a smile and they're very generous in offering drinks or snacks during your appointment. I've come to Jessika twice now - first for a cut and highlights on my virgin hair; and the second time for a highlights touch up. She did a wonderful job both times. Alex is amazing! I came here with super damaged and dry hair due to all my previous highlights. Alex knew exactly what I wanted and explained every step she was doing. I appreciate her great work and am very happy with my hair. Would definitely come back again.
