Just got home from my massage with Stephanie and am finally feeling some relief from muscle pain in my shoulders, neck, and arm. I spend a lot of time on the computer for my job. I let my body get so tight that it got to the point where I could barely move my upper body and was not sleeping very well due to the pain. Stephanie is a miracle worker!
