Unbelievable experience. Much better than I even hoped for. Our long hair female Tuxie had never had the opportunity to go to a groomer. Boy did we find the right one. There was an immediate bonding that occurred and Maisy the cat responded. When she got the warm towel wrapped around her she actually fell asleep. When at 2 plus hours she had had enough, no problem, our free follow-up appt is next week. Hey cat lovers, no meds, no restraints, just a lot of love and understanding about how cats work!! Spread the word, these folks are fantastic!! (This review was unsolicited. They're just that good.)

Wow!! I have a 17 year old cat who doesn't really like anyone and let me tell you she was comfortable super super fast!! He made Zoey feel comfortable and helped her with her mats that I just couldn't get!! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!! Great atmosphere, great vibes, makes you and your pet feel safe! Definitely will be going back with Zoey and my other cat!! I would do more stars if I could but it only let me do 5!! Your the best!! Thank you so so much!!

Brought in Milo for the first time and certainly won't be the last. I loved the environment and felt comfortable leaving him there. The staff was amazing! Would highly recommend to any cat owner, will for sure be coming back!
