We had an emergency with water leaking from an upstairs bathroom. It was Saturday and we didn’t think we could find a plumber over the weekend. I called Home Serve and they were very responsive. Scheduled for a plumber to come on Sunday morning. Long behold, they called me at around 2:30pm on Saturday and asked me if it was okay to have their plumber come within 20 minutes? I was quite surprised and said of course more than happy to have him.Arnesto, the plumber came. He assessed the problem and right away knew what was causing the leak. The online app is great, it tracks the technician location and tellling exactly what time he will come. The technician Nicholas from R.B. Travis, is very professional, get the job done quickly and complete.I strongly recommend use R.B. Travis for any plumbing problem.Eric
