Having just moved to Livermore and needing a few small repairs for our house, I just happened to walk by Total Floors. After explaining what I needed they went out of their way to find the two small pieces I needed. Comparing colors to get the closest match and going through scraps to try and match my molding. Both pieces worked perfectly and saved me a lot of time and money trying to hunt down the exact pieces. They were more than helpful even offering to go to their warehouse if the pieces I took didn’t fit. I installed them myself but will definitely go back there for any flooring needs. It was a wonderful welcome to the neighborhood.
I have worked with Total Floors as an Interior Designer and as a private customer. The quality of sales and installation service is excellent. Ahmed is both very personal and professional, a pleasure to work with. He is excellent at sourcing materials, even those hard to find, and does so at very fair pricing. Out of the other Tri Valley flooring stores, Ahmed was the only one who perfectly matched an existing hardwood floor for a customer that had had the current flooring for over 7 years and was looking to install it in other areas of the house. Great selection of flooring, Jamie was very informative in helping us find what we were looking for. The process went smoothly and Kam checked in almost daily and the crew did a great job. Would definitely recommend for flooring projects
