The guys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Sean happened to see that a passerby had dropped an empty beer bottle. He went so far as to grab a pan and broom and swept up the broken glass, warning a guy walking his dog about the glass. Beyond the call.This never got posted I guess. So today Sean came back and put in our new heat pump and took back the Temporary heater. Excellent work, educated us, left everything neat and clean!Service: Water heater installation

Great working with Jesse from Barnett Plumbing. Jesse was out to fix an issue with the condensation line for my water heater. He did a great job offering options and also taking input from me. End result, Jesse cleared the drainage issue and the water heater is back on line!

This is a praise for Jordan, who was sent by Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters when I needed a new water heater. Although my old water heater is still functioning, it is high time to consider getting a new energy-saving water heater.
