Friendly staff and great haircuts. Especially liked the Saturday shift manager Oscar, super respectful of my time and gave great customer service to one of the other patrons who mis-scheduled their hair appointment / beard trim. Quality of my haircut and beard trim is the best I've gotten in the area and can't be beat.

This is second time I went there - bad experience. I was there on time and the hair dresser was missing. He came 10 mins late - thats fine. But in the end I wanted some fixes to be done and I was told I am out of time as next apt is here!!!Hair cut was mediocre at best.I dont expect to be told I am out of time when I was one time when I pay $40 for a mediocre cut.Giving 2 stars due to the env in there rest got 0 - might as well go to supercuts. I am there for hair cut not env or beer.UPDATE: They turned it absolutely around and now I am a customer for ever - changing from 2 stars to 5 stars. They care for customers, someone saw my review and called me to fix the issue...read full review
