I have been going to Cilest for almost 3 years! She is amazing! She always makes sure my hair looks exactly how I want it. Her experience and skills are undeniable! I can be very particular, so I am glad I found a stylist that delivers every time !
A truly great experience every time. I use two tenants here, Kyrsten Moore for hair & Kathy Pham for nails. Both do exceptional work. Phenix itself is always clean, bright, safe, & there's plenty of parking.
Cilest was absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous to try her since I had been going to my previous stylist for almost 20 years. I am now only sorry I took so long to give her a try.
