“I have been working at out F45 Laguna Niguel when visiting Orange County. This is a great location - spacious and clean. The coaches and the owner are welcoming and friendly, demo the classes clearly, are encouraging and enthusiastic during the workout and make sure to correct the form as needed. And the music section so great! All in all, a great F45 home away from home for me.”
“This is a long overdue review!! I've been to several Physical Therapy facilities and this is one that tops my list. I see Garrett and he's been taking care of me since my ankle injury (July '24) and now post ankle surgery. Naturally I wanted Garrett to continue being my PT because I'd like to be able to get to full strength again and I know he can get me there. His leadership with his aides is on point and each one from Ian, Kiana, Dylan, Billy and Ken have all been amazing (sorry if I misspelled anyone's names). They know exactly what they're doing and give precise instructions but also care to make sure you're not encountering any pain or doing an exercise wrong. I've made a lot of progress post surgery and couldn't be happier. Additionally, I can't leave a review without mentioning the front office staff, shout out to Kat and Marissa!! Right when you walk in, there is always a sense of feeling welcome as their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge are what sets them apart!! Thank you In Motion O.C. for providing the best PT & helping me towards my recovery!!!”

“I have been a member for about 2 years. I love coming to a small gym where my workouts are supervised by a knowledgeable staff that won’t let me drag my feet when I’m not fully motivated. I especially like the routines that change everyday 8 weeks. It keeps it challenging and I don’t get bored. I feel like I am stronger and more flexible than I was 2 years ago and at 71 that is a good way to feel. Thanks FCF staff!”
“Writing this review after finishing my program a couple weeks ago.<br><br>I can say that their treatment and training program have done so much for me! They were very accommodating and listened to my concerns/problems every time, even if I thought I asked too many questions. The last chiropractor didn't believe me and kind of told me the problem I had was not real ? LOL so I thought I couldn't be helped since my PCP didn't do much either for months.<br><br>It's a mix of training to fix the physical problem and softwave therapy. I personally found the softwave therapy to be very effective as the places that were more painful at first completely disappeared by my last visit. During my sessions Dr. Cole was very attentive and easily changed up the routine if I had another concern besides my back problems. He gave a lot of good advice for other concerns I had like carpal tunnel and a dislocation on my shoulder that my PCP was very slow or nonexistent to resolve. He also was always available by text if I had questions throughout the week.<br><br>Dr. Lindsey and Lance were also very nice! While they weren't the ones treating me, they always made the place feel very welcoming and fun.<br><br>Now that it's been a couple weeks since I finished my program with MOOV, I've been applying the stuff I learned returning to the gym. There's definitely a difference and I've been made more aware about potential imbalances of weaknesses I need to continue working on moving forward to safely progressively overload at the gym. I'm happy with the results and stuff I learned to take outside the program! They definitely value teaching and informing you on things you can take outside compared to other businesses that focus on selling points.<br><br>I genuinely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thanks to everyone here!”

I've decided to keep working with him for over 2 years now! Danny is great and makes working out tolerable. I hated working out and exercise, but Danny adjusts it to my level and it doesn't feel like I'm competing against others. He's the best!! The best trainer and a great listener! Highly recommend him!”
“I love this place! I've been going 3 times a week since for a couple months now. Lindsey and Kimberly are the instructors I see the most, both are great. I had the pleasure of having Harmony as an instructor last week - she was excellent! She was super motivating, energetic, thorough, and I left there exhausted. The time always goes by fast at Trim Fitness and I wake up the next morning sore in spots I've never been sore. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my shape and posture. The instructors have the best playlists too!”
“I found BioFix online after doing a local search and reading the reviews. I'm so glad I found Phil. He was instrumental in helping a shoulder issue I was having. I went back about a year later with neck pain and he helped resolve that issue as well. He has a combination of therapies and exercises and provides you with thorough instructions for what to do at home. His facility is new and very clean. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physical therapist!”
“I have 2 words for you. LIFE CHANGING. Steve Salas and Zurie Harris are two of the most influential people I have ever met. I started at least 10 years ago with Zurie. Now, I've been working out with Steve for about a year and a half. Not only have I lost over 30lbs by just working out and eating right, but I have gained a whole family of supportive like-minded people. I look forward to waking up every morning, heading to the Jungle and kicking ass.”

This was my first reformer Pilates class and our instructor nicole hinds came by during the class and helped me out individually by giving me advice on how to make it a little nicer and helping my form when I was confused. It was so so hard but so rewarding and she was so good at instructing and I genuinely felt every part of my body engaged. 10/10 would reccomend!”
