The trainers are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The amenities are great, making my workouts more enjoyable. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a friendly environment that motivates me to keep going.
In the short time I’ve been a member at The Ark Fit, it didn’t take long for me to feel at home. The early group classes they offer are so convenient for a busy mom like me. During classes, they will take the time to individually correct your form and are not hesitant to push you past your limits in a healthy way. The one thing that stood out to me the most was how nice everyone on staff is; staff and members. All of the trainers are inviting, personable, kind, and professional. This type community is what I’ve been searching for in a gym!
