Isaac gets you outstanding results and fast! I was doing all kinds of cardio and was still frustrated with the lack of results. He creates a customized work out and meal plan for you and your goals, and he has lots of experience working with a wide variety of clients. I love the flexibility of this type of personal training. I don’t have to make an appointment and come at a specific time. I just show up, and Isaac adjusts my program on the fly given what time I have available to workout that week. The people at this gym are very nice and welcoming. You can’t find better results at a more affordable rate in South Orange County!
